Application to Join Paws Squad Agility Club

Paws Squad Canine Sports club is a member driven organization and we're interested in taking on a new members. Membership carries both benefits and responsiblities. You can read about these in the Member Guidelines.

Method 1

Open the PDF application form and fill the fields using Adobe Reader, or any other PDF application. After completing the form, click the submit button. Acrobat Reader will attempt to e-mail the form data to the Paws Squad club secretary.

Method 2

Open and print the PDF application form. After completing the form mail, or return the form to a Paws Squad club member.
